Modernization & condition-based services

The main objective of Modernization & Condition-based Services is to increase production efficiency. Based on production data, the quality as well as the value retention is ensured. Individual customer reports within the Performance Center enable the definition of optimization and automation potentials. Suitable implementation concepts are developed in close cooperation with the customers, while ranging from classic modifications and specific engineering solutions to digital production concepts.

Performance Improvement projects aim to increase the technical availability and output of production lines. The scope of services includes either individual modules, such as Consulting & Analysis, or is provided as a complete package including the implementation of optimization measures.

Performance center

The Performance Center is a modular solution combining different technologies for machine connectivity & data collection with data processing as well as visualization
Customized reports, real-time alerts and improvement services are also part of the offering
The Connectivity module covers machine connection, remote access and live data streaming, enabling the connection of several data sources
This increases the information availability in order to execute analysis and services on the broadest database possible
The live data visualization feature provides structured visualization of real-time data from the machine with freely configurable parameters on demand
Preconfigured reports give a comprehensive overview of relevant machine health parameters over a selected period of time
Customized alerts are triggering individually configurable notifications when experiencing defined combinations of various parameters
Based on the collected data, Services experts are able to offer customized Services solutions e.g. for improving the performance of the machinery

Modifications include conversions, extensions and retrofits of stations and lines from a wide range of system manufacturers, taking into account CE and machine guidelines, including required documentation
All project phases are supported, including planning, engineering, procurement, testing and commissioning, whilst an agreed production start-up (ramp-up) is guaranteed

Reuse solutions

Reuse Solutions refer to the overhaul and second deployment of used stations, assemblies and components from lines that are intended for decommissioning
The goal is to increase the material recycling rate by reusing while reducing new investments as a contribution to sustainability initiatives in the company
