The possibilities range from classic maintenance contracts to ensure machine availability and lower operating costs, to lifecycle service contracts, which might include modernization and EOL management. With service level agreements, conditions are defined e.g. with regard to accessibility, reaction and delivery times or framework times for troubleshooting in the case of unplanned machine downtimes. Services concepts and contracts are defined in accordance with the customer and system requirements.
