Leakage testing with pressure drop, rise and flow are cost-effective leak testing methods and suitable for many products. When designing the right test method, we address your specific application and consider the product and boundary conditions in connection with the test tolerance and cycle time. With our specific sensor technology and process control, we are still able to test with measurement process capability where standard measurement technology is no longer sufficient. We can also easily integrate other value-added testing, assembly and handling processes.

You need a simple, TCO-optimized leakage test, even for very small leaks, where product characteristics such as wet or oily surfaces do not play a role? With our helium-in-air testing method, we offer you a reliable and precise leakage testing technology in normal ambient air - without the need for a vacuum chamber. Compared to the well-known, classic helium leak test, there is no need to evacuate the test chamber, which is costly in terms of time and energy. Adapted specifically to your product, we can, for example, test the smallest leak rates down to the 1E-5 mbar l/s range. Even very large test chambers with volumes of several cubic meters are no longer a problem.

With a well thought-out layout, our new standard test stand HeLT100 enables fast testing of various products with helium-in-air technology - modularly applicable from development to series testing. With the integrated sniffer probe, the integrally measured leakage can even be localized at the end.
